SALES MANAGER
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will help the company meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

- Identify and assess future and current training needs through, performance appraisals and consultation with Team Leaders.
- Identify training needs of individual Sales Representatives by scrutinizing and comparing reports with assistance of Team Leaders.
- Train Sales Representatives on areas where they are lacking / underperforming with assistance of Team Leaders.
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development, by ensuring that Team Leaders travel with every team member in his assigned team.
- Resolve any specific problems.
- Market and promote training opportunities to employees in a compelling way that provides all necessary information.
- Utilize training best practices and education principles and ensuring the Team Leaders and Sales Representatives are sufficiently trained.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Managing team of sales reps within assigned area. Ensuring all targets and KPI’s are reached by sales reps within assigned area. (Any further reasonable and lawful instructions from management within the employee’s vocational abilities not necessarily specified in the job description must be carried out.)
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all sales reps within assigned region reach required targets.
- Monitoring performance on a continuous basis.
- Train reps on areas where they are lacking / underperforming.
- Ensure that all reps have a minimum of 90 outlets signed up.
- Induction process of newly appointed reps.
- Performance management of reps in assigned region.
- Disciplinary management of sales reps where necessary.
- Sending feedback to Management and reporting on status of reps in assigned region on a continuous basis.
- Provide detailed planning by objectives for each sales rep and ensure the implementation thereof.
- Issuing of company assets.
